Why do humans drink so much coffee?

To answer this question, an alien is sent to Earth on a covert research mission.
To blend in, it steals a human disguise and takes a job as a barista.

Serve coffee orders, move between machines, and act just human enough to avoid suspicion.
The alien has a powerful super-speed ability, but using it while humans are watching will reveal its true identity.

Move fast.
But not too fast.
